The student ensures that the entries made in the Application Form are complete and true to the best of the applicant's knowledge, belief, and information.
Student have to present the original documents for verification immediately upon demand by the concerned authorities of the Institute.
The original documents, which were not submitted at the time of admission, must be submitted within 7 days from today. Failure to do so may result in the admission being cancelled.
Please note that a minimum of 75% attendance in classes is mandatory, and applicants must commit to adhering to this requirement. If a student's attendance falls below this threshold for any reason, the institute's competent authority may take appropriate punitive action against the student.
The applicant shall be solely responsible for involvement in any unlawful activities, whether inside or outside the campus, and shall be liable for punishment according to the law.
Student admission may be cancelled at any stage if the student is found to be ineligible and/or if the information provided by the applicant is incorrect.
The objective of the AaS Program is to provide financial support to students from low-income households or families facing financial difficulties who may be eligible to apply. Total income of the family should include income only of father & mother of the Scholar and of no other members though they may be earning
Sponsorship under the Scheme will be available for studies in India only.
Scholars receive benefits from any other scholarship programs provided by the Government are not eligible to apply. This will be cross-verified through the Scholarship portal.
Scholar will be eligible to next Academic tenure based on the attendance and confirmation from the institution of the student.

The program is open to students with disabilities, they must have to provide documentation of their disability from a certified medical professional.

Donation Options: You may choose to make a one-time donation or set up recurring contributions. Recurring donations can be scheduled at intervals that suit your preferences, ensuring ongoing support for students in need.
Confidentiality of Student Information: Any personal information we share with you about the student you are supporting will be kept confidential. This ensures the privacy and dignity of the student is always respected.
In Case of Student Discontinuation: If the student you are supporting has to discontinue their education due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you promptly. At that time, we will offer the option of redirecting your support to another eligible student based on your preferences, allowing you to continue making an impact.
Donor's Choice of Student: You will have the opportunity to select a specific student to support from our list of eligible students. This selection can be based on criteria that matter to you, such as the student's academic interests, personal background, or geographic location.
Non-Refundable Donations: Please note that once your donation is processed, it is considered final and non-refundable. This ensures that the funds are immediately available to the students for whom they are intended.
Receipt for Your Donation: Upon completing your donation, you will receive an official receipt as proof of your contribution. This receipt can be used for your financial records and, if applicable, for tax deduction purposes.
Transparency in Fund Usage: We are committed to maintaining full transparency regarding how your donations are utilized. Regular updates will be provided to ensure you are aware of the impact your support is having on the student’s education and overall well-being.
Tax Deduction Eligibility: Depending on the tax laws in your region, your donation may qualify for tax deductions. Please consult with your local tax authority or a financial advisor to confirm the eligibility and process for claiming such deductions.
Changes to Terms & Conditions: The Organization reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions as needed. Should any significant changes be made, we will notify you in advance, ensuring you are aware of any adjustments that may affect your donation.
